Command & Conquer 3 Review
game: Command & Conquer 3
review | 07/27/07 | Chris Martin
It you asked us three years ago if console gamers would get a decent real time strategy game in the next-generation, our response would have probably been resounding: \"I wouldn\'t hold your breath.\" We were surprised, fellow readers, not to have only a single decent strategy game come to the Xbox 360, but to have two. Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth has already been critically received, and now Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars gets the royal treatment. If setting Orcs upon a faction of Elves doesn\'t get your heart racing, perhaps setting a herd of mammoth tanks on unsuspecting Nod extremists will.

SteelSeries 5L Review: It Will Cost You in Gold
game: SteelPad 5L
review | 07/16/06 | Tristan Mayshark
SteelSeries has a line of high-end peripherals that includes the \"5L Steel\" mousepad, an extra large 15x11 inch mousepad designed to give you the edge in PC gaming. Despite being durable and perfectly suited for what it\'s designed to do, the SteelPad suffers from the same symptom that afflicts most high-end specialized gaming gear: It\'s a top notch mousepad, but costs twice what it should.

Superman Returns Preview
game: Superman Returns
preview | 05/20/06 | Matt James
Superman may be one of the top superheroes in the superheroing business, but in videogames he has a spotty record at best. However, EA and their Tiburon studio is set to return the Man of Steel to glory (and, coincidentally tie-in with the latest Superman film, which, you know, out to bode well, right?). With some definitely next-gen visuals, Superman looks pretty, but can he back up his sexy little spit curl with a solid game experience? Matt James takes a look at Superman returns, and manages to avoid making a single joke about Superman 64. Amazing! Get the full preview here.

Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade
game: Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade
review | 04/13/05 | Shawn Rider
Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade is a hack-and-slash dungeon crawling RPG that brings classic Diablo-style gameplay to your PSP. It's got great graphics, a deep character development system, and is pretty much a hoot to play with friends. But like so many RPG protagonists, it is as flawed as it is brilliant. Curse the darkness, or get the light right here.

Superman: Man of Steel Review
game: Superman: Man of Steel
review | 11/17/02 | Jason Frank
Oh, it looks really nice. Really, REALLY nice. But Superman: Man of Steel plays very poorly. The controls are so awkward that it\'s hard to find the icing on this cake. If you\'re a huge fan of the man in the blue tights, then you might go for the rental, but average, non-super humans will struggle with crippling frustration and woe.

Superman: Shadow of Apokolips Review
game: Superman: Shadow of Apokolips
review | 10/20/02 | Eric Qualls
Infogrames and Atari bring us a new Superman game, and this one goes a long way toward redeeming the steely one\'s reputation. Superman: Shadow of Apokolips manages to look almost just like the popular cartoon series, and the game itself is not bad. Click here for more.
